When women come to me saying they’re stuck, it’s not because they lack the desire for change or the motivation to get it done, it’s because what their working on doesn't work for their busy lives.
They find themselves signing on to big ticket gym memberships that they never use or jumping from class to class looking for a good sweat but never seeing measurable change, making them all the more frustrated with their body and super disappointed that they can't build momentum.
As a coach for over five years, having worked with hundreds women, I can say with confidence that those who are willing to build an at-home strength training practice, even some of the time, will bulletproof their fitness. There's is literally no better way to build momentum, confidence and ownership of your workout routine than honing the skill of working out solo, in your own time.
You need fitness at your fingertips and not another online program you bought from an IG fitness model that you open and never use.
